You watch makeovers. Weight loss stories. Home transformations. Why are those so gripping? And if change feels that powerful when it happens outside you, what would real change feel like inside you?
In this conversation, we ask a harder question: are you actually working on yourself—or just blaming everybody else? What if the real opposite of transformation isn’t failure, but narcissism?
We look at the Hebrew word for “change” and the many ways it shows up: changing your mind, being different, getting a makeover, and undergoing real transformation. Why do surface changes feel so good? And why do they still leave you wanting something deeper?
We also get painfully honest: what are you unhappy with in your life? What do you actually want? And if you can’t change the people or situation around you, how would you need to change to become happy, whole, and free?
